That First Step is a Doozie!

This is my first blog entry.  I feel as though I should begin like Captain Picard, "Captain's log, star date...."  I decided that there are some things in my life that I want to publish, not for gain or notoriety, but a true expression of what I have learned, how I have grown and where I see myself in the future.  If my experiences say anything about me it's that I am a resilient, sturdy and adaptable.  What my experiences may not say about me is that I have been humbled more than once, I am fragile and my heart is breakable.  Please take what you can, leave your own words of wisdom and travel on this new journey with me.
